Im wondering if this is a feature for Rizom UV VS. I have a model with custom hard edges that I've set up in maya. i need those hard edges in order to bake an accurate normal map. in order to get a clean normal map bake i must have cuts in my UV where there are hard edges. Is there a way in Rizom to select exported hard edges on my model so i can create cuts on those specific hard edges, after that ill be able to add more cuts where i need them with other tools. I'm having a hard time finding something I've been searching google and youtube and I've got no luck so far. the auto hard edge selection tool wont work because thats only based on angles NOT based on exported custom hard edges.

Hi
There is no way to import hard edge using the current version.
However using the "Auto Seam Sharp Edges" + path deselection using double click SHIFT CTRL you should get something close to this (less efficient I admit)

Yes.
I didn't know that cutting the smoothing groups VS cutting the hard edges would end with same result. Happy to know that.
