Hi guys
I must say that this app is great.
I watched but did not see the answer on youtube and the forum.
On my prods, I have to pack UVs together (by material or by place) and the tools of the island are very nice for that. But when I want to gather all the islands, I lost a lot of space.
For now, the islands are trying to keep the frontier/ box when I stack everything
Is it possible to say to the software, try to keep the parts close (by island) but without the cage of the island to have a better pack ?
Thank you very much for the help

Maybe I'm not easy to understand ^^ I have added a picture to show my trouble. If I have only island, I loose a lot a space because the border of the island keep their shape Is it possible to have a better way to stack the island like the exemple ?

You can control border/margin size. I don't have RizomUV in front of me now, but it's in the toolbar somewhere. (a bit to the left of the middle, sorry, that's the only reference I got for now) The other thing that it's not using the entire tile, I think it comes down to the texel density. RizomUV tries to scale all islands as even as possible. I've not investigated this enough, I don't know if it can be switched off entirely.

RizomUV doesn't use the cage (boundig box) of the islands when packing. It use the real borders unless you set box mode on your islands using "GUI Panels->Packing Properties->Box".
