Hi,
I wanted to ask if there is a way to pass a Lua script as a command line parameter to Unfold3D, which will be executed after the application starts up.
We are using the CG Version of Unfold3D, Version: 9.0.2
Thanks a lot!

Hi Andreas,
Yes, it is possible, you have to start Unfold3D with the flags " -cfi pathToFile.lua ":
"C:\Program Files\Polygonal Design\Unfold3D 9.0.2\unfold3d.exe" -cfi complete\Path\To\File.lua
Also, it is possible to enable the "Monitor" mode. When enabled, Unfold3D will execute the script file every time it is written by an externa software. You can enable Monitor mode by opening the scripting windows (key L), then check "Monitor".
Cheers

Hi,
if I start Unfold3D with the command line parameters as described above, the application executes the script in an infinite loop, even though the "Monitor" flag is not set and the script content does not change after application startup.
Is this a known bug? Is there a command line parameter available that disables the monitor feature explicitly?
Furthermore, if I close the application and restart it again, without the -cfi option, it repeats the same behaviour up until i remove the script... Again, is this bug known? By the way, most of the time the application crashes when I close it during the loop exectution!
Using the same version as Andy mentioned...
We are really interested in additional licenses, but at the current state, Unfold3D practically cannot be used in an automated "batch process".
I would be thankful if you could elaborate if (and how) these issues can be fixed.
Many thanks in advance, - Kai
