Hi, I work in 3DS max 2019 and when I try to open my scenes in Unfold3d VS, whatever with the bridge script or exporting the FBX file and opening it, the software change the position and sometime the scale of objects, I use Unfold3d V2018.0.95. I need help please!

Hi, did you trybto change FBX export settings in the menu=>preference ?
If yes and if it doesn't work with new settings please send me your FBX file to remi.arquier@rizom-lab.com

By the way the program name is RizomUV, not Unfold3D

I need help please! The way I fix this is to 'reset' the geo. 1. Save your model as an FBX and import to Max. 2. Use the Automat script (free on ScriptSpot, written by my brother Steve) to 'reset' your geo. That's the 'Cleaner' tool. This is standard practice for me for anything from pre-rigging or anytime the geo needs to be clean and simple. 3. Send back to RizomUV and reflatten or continue your UV work. Save. 4. Open your final FBX in Max and it should be fixed.
