"No License Found: HostID does not match license" This was the message I got after updating my VPN drivers. Apparently the way the license works is it looks at your network ports, which isn't bad in theory but it doesn't account for virtual ports. So while the two physical ports remain unchanged and show up properly in the HostID, the one virtual port that did change seems to be messing with it. Obviously the temporary solution is to get the license worked out and fixed, but I can see this coming back up every few months whenever there's an update with the way the system currently works. If possible, there should be a way to specify if a port is virtual or for it to be a tiny bit less strict on needing -every- adapter to match up perfectly in a future release (or just hard code adapters with "TAP" in the name to be ignored since that's the driver every VPN service seems to use). I don't know, it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it is annoying to lose time over something like this for everyone involved, I'm sure you don't want to be dealing with this every 3-4 months either.

Hi,
This can be solved by specifying us the physical MAC address instead of a virtual one.
Using your account, use the "SET" button to set MAC physical address and redownload and install your license file.
Best

Alright, thanks, that worked! The first Host ID is still linked to something that doesn't exist, but I can always worry about that if/when I need to use this on a new computer. Thank you for the help!
