I need some help with a trial license. [SOLVED]

Hi, I'm new to these boards and to Unfold3D.  I recently finally got fed up with the garbage UV tools in Cinema4D and went looking for an alternative.  I settled on Unfold3D and just finished downloading the trial, but when I tried to sign up for the evaluation key it said my HOST ID had already been used and is assigned to an email address I've never heard of before. I've never installed or used this software before.  It seems the method used to generate these IDS might need revisiting.

EDIT:  Originally I thought maybe someone had stolen my machine hash or something, but looking through the forums it seems I'm not the only person to experience this.  I hope a mod can help me get the free trial started ASAP.
