Unable to stop groups from rotating-Pack [FIXED]

Hi all, I have run into an issue when grouping objects and not wanting them to rotate. I have parts on my model that are grouped and I do not wish to rotate. I click on the islands and set them orentation optimzation to 0 while the global value is 90. However, when I run the pack (Pack or Pack Translate), the group still rotates. If I click the Group icon I am not given any Orientation Optimization options. I also have Initial Orientation set to None.
If I set the global value to 0, select the group islands, then inverse select and set the other islands to 90, it works as intended. I have attached a video showing the issue.
