Hi, I purchased a version of Unfold 3D back in 2011. It's an awesome unwrapper. However, I've had issues with the dongle. Depending upon which version of windows I have, sometimes plugging in the dongle instantly causes my pc to go to the blue screen of death. I have six different PC's. It works on some but not others. I've had issues with windows 7. Sometimes it works, then there's a windows upgrade and it goes back to BSofD. It didn't work with Windows 8. I'm currently trying to get it to work on my laptop using windows 10, and it instantly crashes. Has anyone else had this issue. Do I have any options available to get it to work consistently? Would updating to a newer version solve the issue. I don't really want to buy a new version only to get the same crashing issues.

Hi Adam It seems to be related to the dongle's driver version, can you please try installing the new driver on the machine that shows you the nice blue screen ? www.keylok.com/support-center/downloadsUnplug the dongle before launching the install, and check "KEYLOK 2" and "Standalone". Once terminated, reboot your machine. cheers
