I have a functional 3-license server running for Virtual Spaces. The server is running successfully and works with other client installs.
However, one user previously installed a trial version of the software. It seems to be stuck as a '21 day evaluation' version as far as licensing. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, we can't get it to see, or attempt to connect to the license server, it just gives its trial countdown date. Please let me know how to resolve this.

You have to delete the evalution licence file and/or change the license file folder.
Run RIzomUV on the user machine, and go to Help->License Manager. You'll see the folder where the eval license file is placed. Delete it.
