Zoom and Pan acting weird when mouse is on UV Shells [FIXED]

Hi there,
downloaded and installed the newer version (2018.0.157). In the UV view the zoom is acting weird when pressing Alt and right-click on a UV Shell. It's happening also with the pan when pressing Alt + Middle Mouse Button. This is not happening when I pan or zoom keeping the mouse cursor outsite the UV shells.

Edit: This issue is happeing also when scrolling the mouse wheel when the cursor is inside an UV Shell
