I'm sure Remi told me how to do this during a beta a couple of years ago, but I want to take all my island groups and re-pack the entire map so no one island group is placed inside another. This will result in a lot of 'wasted' space, I know.
In this image for example, I want to repack it so that groups G0, G1 and G2 never overlap any of the other group's boundaries. Ie. each island group occupies it's own part of the UV map without anything else coming into its area.
