Hi,
I recently formatted my PC to get rid of some issues that were slowing it down.
Now I can't install my Unfold3d license.
Please help!

Hi Mark
Can you describe me please what you mean by "Now I can't install my Unfold3d license" ?
If some of your MAC addresses (even virtual one) changed, it may make your license invalid. You can use the "SET" button in your account and give your new HostID, then download a new license.
Best

Hi Remi,
Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I've still got the license file I originally downloaded, when I try to activate in the "Unfold3D License Activation" window, I get the error:
"No License Found: HostID does not match license".
I've logged into my R-L account, and cannot see an option to update the HostID. It was a perpetual nodelocked license if that makes a difference?

Hi Mark, What is your license ID or your email account, I don't find you with: mark_greenhalgh@live.co.uk Also you should have the "SET" button even with a perpetual license. Can you please show me what you see in www.rizom-lab.com/my-account/licenses/ ?

Hi, I registered initially with fyn@fynfyn.uk but I've swapped my email to mark_greenhalgh as I cancelled the hosting/mailbox package associated with it (I still have the domain).

Hi Mark
I think I understand, you changed your email address using our system right?
I transferred your license to the mark_greenhalgh@live.co.uk account. You can redownload your license.
Sorry for the inconveniences, it is our fault

Hi Remi, no problem, thanks for the help; I'll test it when I'm home.
