Hi,
Partially the reason why I bought a license is that your program allowed me to straighten up my UV's. Like if I unwrap a pair of pants and they are unwrapped in a V shape and I want the verts horizontal and vertical straightened the tools in the old set up were literally right above the area I was working in. Now I'm so lost and confused that I regret jumping on board here with all the money I've spent as I don't like having to relearn what little I was beginning to understand about your layout.
What I need is a way to auto select a horizontal line of verts and then hit a keyboard shortcut (I guess) to tell the program to make that line of verts perfectly straight.
Do you have a keyboard shortcut guide for this new UI available for download?
Thanks Richard

Keyboard shortcuts can be found in many ways.
You can hover the mouse cursor over a button/function in the UI you'd like to see the shortcut for. You also get a descriptive help text this way if needed.
In the tool settings pane (default to the right), at the bottom, is a HELP tab. Unfold it to see common keyboard shortcuts.
Go Edit > Keyboard and Mouse Customizer will also yield a list of shortcuts.

Thanks for that info but that only answers part of my question.... Where are the Horizontal and Vertical straighten tools located now? I looked in the side right menu that says Straighten but I don't see the | and __ tools that used to be in the tool bar just above the right work viewport..

It's in the horizontal toolbar (either on top or bottom depending on your settings). I don't have RizomUV in front of me now at work, but I tink it's either in the second or third pane you can unfold.
