I got a license for Unfold 3D Virtual Spaces yesterday and activated it already on PC nr. 1. I only defined the hostID for that single PC upon purchase.
I have 2 licenses in my account, the one I purchased yesterday and a trial license that was activated on PC nr. 2 (the second PC I'd like to also activate my purchased license upon).
Now if I want to set the second host ID in my account (click the 'SET' button in the 'Host 2 ID' section), it tells me that this HostID is already taken. It is, but by the trial version of the app.
How do I set the same hostID for my purchased license? Might be a very stupid question, but I don't know how to do it.
Can support just remove the trial license from my account?
