The CPU utilization of Unfold3D doesn’t look optimal. Running process on a large mesh can take several minutes. Is there a way to boost up the speed with multithreading? Specific feature would be the align to grid part. Tahir Attachments:

Yes, that's true that some algorithm are not parallelized. However some of them cannot be.
Btw, there is no "Align to grid" feature. Do you mean "Fit to grid" ot "Align Left/Right/Center" etc... ?
