I just extended my license. Unfortunately I frequently run into problems with the host ID no longer matching the license. I found that whenever the Ethernet configuration of the machine changes, I cannot start Unfold3D anymore. For example, on my dev machine I installed Docker, which exposes an additional network interface. This kills the license. On my second machine, my laptop, I use two different USB Ethernet adapters, depending on my location. I can only run Unfold3D with one adapter. As soon as the configuration changes, I get a licensing error. Any ideas how to remedy this situation? Thanks!

Hi Ralph,
I think the license is tied to a volatile ethernet address (virtual adapter maybe). We may tie your license to a material ethernet address. Please contact me in private and give me what a "ipconfig" command tells you.

Hi, I just bought a license last week and I'm having the exact same problem Ralph has. How can I contact you in private?
Please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Hi jCastroc,
Our website system use extract the first MAC address from the HostID. If your first MAC address is a virtual one it can be problematic. Please use the "SET" button and enter your physical MAC address instead of the ful HostID.
