I bought a perpetual (I think) license for one year for Unfold3D Virtual Spaces this past November. I successfully installed it on a brand new desktop computer. That computer died this past Tuesday and yesterday I received the replacement computer.

I have tried to install that one-year license on this computer, but with no luck. I did get a license installed only to see that it is a 30 evaluation license.

I guess I need a hand-hold through this process. Thanks for any help.

I know you are on a way different time zone than I am. When (if) you get a chance can you describe the process of how I can get that second license to install on my laptop. I understand that my one-year subscription allows me to install Virtual Spaces on two computers.

No problem Michael

Simply install Unfold3D on your new computer then get the new Host ID and go to your account->licenses (at http://www.unfold3d.com) then use the second Host ID field.
