Hi All,
Can some-one please tell me the difference between Unfold3D virtual en real space? And why is real space more suited for laser texturing?

The biggest specificity of the Real Space version is located into the Optimize algorithm itself. Which is different from the Virtual Space as is target original 3D dimensions and areas of polygons whereas the Virtual Space one will keep current UV dimension and areas. The real space version perform better when some vertexes are pinned.
Also, the Real Space version come with a specific bigtiff library. This allows to export UV maps into huge rasterized image files (it break the 4Gbyte limit of others image file formats). Those files are then used in texturing laser processes.
