A tehnical question: Is possible to decompose an object and to export it separatly based on the materials in u3d? My problem: i have an FBX with one object, but multiple parts(materials). So when i select a material the relative uvs and polys are selected form different tiles. I want to save each parts of the model separatly based on materials in order to bake the normals in Zbrush, where the high polys(separate subtools) are. Is this possible with U3d? Attachments:

I think you will get more help if you use an official demo or trial or purchase a license.
