IMHO it would be really awesome if user could delete any component of a geometry inside Unfold3D, so he or she doesn't needs to export it to 3D package, delete some unnecessary polies, that was forgotten to get rid off, and throw it back to Unfold3D.

Yes, that would be a awesome feature, but as Unfold3D internals relies on the fact that the original topology doesn't change, it will take us some time to implement it ins short terms.
