I contacted Unfold 3D via email last week but I havent received a reply yet this is my question If I rent Unfold3D Virtual Spaces and make a payment of €14.90 and VAT every month for 12 months will I own a perpetual license after the 12 months? Or is the only way to own a perpetual license do I have to pay €149.90 and VAT in total in one payment instead than paying each month for 12 months?

It's rent to own. Rent for 12 and you will automatically become user of the perpetual license.

It is a good think to note that the 12 months must be subscribed in a continuous manner.
