I'm still stuck at 'Unfold3d was closed without save!' error, even follow intruction at first page. Can you check the script again.

Could you please provide a log files from 3dsmax(shortcut - "F11") and RizomUV (shortcut - "L"), just copy all what you got there. And share please LUA files from here ("c:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2017 - 64bit\ENU\scripts\Unfold3dBridge\LUA\" ). Will check.

Hi, i am trying the free version of the plugin on max 2018, it worked from max to rizom, i made the uvs, pack and save, but nothing happend, no change on 3dsmax, i still have the original unmapped on max. i am doing something wrong? Did i miss something?

I am seeing the same thing; The Max sends the file to Rizom, but it doesnt seem to be able to retrieve it back - there are no modifiers in the stack, and I used an editable poly without modifiers. I tried Edit, I tried New, and I tried the presets. I also get an error message saying Unfold3D exited without saving, so maybe the bridge needs an update?

I've been having a lot of issues where I am getting either changes in vert order or crashes on saving in unfold on it re-exporting into Max. It does seem like converting my meshes from Edit Poly to Edit Mesh and then back to Edit Poly fixes these issues. Is there any way you could please add this to the script? I really like your script, btw (especially being able to set up all of the preferences).

Hello, im having an issue where once I UV a model and send it back to max, if i send back to RizomUV the islands are all in the same place but now they have cuts in areas where i did not have them before. if i throw an unwrap on the model in Max, it will not have the weird cuts everywhere but if i resend to RizomUV (FBX), the islands are all placed in the right area but a ton of edges have been cut. is there a setting im missing or i should set off on the extended version? here's an example of before and after. before after is there a setting im missing or know exactly what im doing wrong here? Thank you Hi there! So you are using free version of bridge, ok. It could be whatever. First I can guess it's fbx differences between Max and rizom, and vertex order again. So try to enable fbx 2017/2018 for rizom in its preferences. Vertex order-just convert your object into mesh then to poly and send to rizom, check it.And please tell Max version. Thank you.
