A fix is currently being uploaded (version 0.10.32).
And Jeroen, don't feel pressure about it at all, but that would be better if you could register, it is better for me to find your post.
And many thanks for your feedback. This bug blocked the use of the multi-UV Set feature !

Suddenly unfold crashes when I want to create a new Channel.
It used to work. Maybe it has something to do with my model.
It has some topo error(s). Can this be the problem? Can I find the topo errors in my model?

Hi Jeroen, I assume that you use Unfold3D VS 0.10.32 for that. I don't think this is linked with the topo errors but it would be better if I could have a look at your model. You can send it by wetransfer.com at remi.arquier@rizom-lab.com Thanks for your feedback !

I have the same problem on 10.41. My .fbx file also has some topo errors. I don't think I can send it, because it is a work file.

Are the meshes denses ? I mean, are they likely to use a lot memory ?

They're about 30k to 40k tris. They're meshes that came out of Marvelous Designer and were decimated in Zbrush. This could just be a coincidence, but I was able to create a second uv set on another mesh of similar density that had no errors in the mesh.
