I have to make proper UV's for mesh made with a 3d scanner. It's a high-poly triangulated mesh quite messy and with messy UV's. Scanner already captured textures (just one map, but I will be able to deal with materials after I get proper UV mapping). Are there any tips how to optimize workflow of creating new UV map. I've seed that there's Autoseams feature, but I was unable to find any proper information about it. Actually I'm not sure such thing can work good with messy triangulated mesh, but.... I cannot show exact model because it's under NDA, but I've found some examples on the website of manufacturer of 3d scanner I used, and this models can give you clear sense of what the mesh and UV map looks like: www.artec3d.com/3d-models
