I've been working on a bunch of previously (badly) unwrapped legacy objects to redo some UV issues and am having a hard time isolating parts due to the UV islands being scattered. Adding an Element select in the 3D view would be a huge time saver in less than ideal situation like this.
Not sure how much of a pain that might be however.
Cheers.

Can you confirm me that you want to be able to select all islands of an object in same time ? Did you try the Menu->Select->Show File data Selection tool?

Hi Remi,
Thanks for the reply. That's exactly what I would need. I did try the show file data, sadly not everything was listed there.
It's an issue I can get around if I make a brand new asset with Rizom in mind going in. We're currently in a production that is redoing a lot of legacy assets and Element selection would be the ideal way to get around this issue.
Some parts are a nightmare of fragmented triangles/islands that can make selecting one part difficult.
Cheers

Please make it double click in the 3D view to select all the UV parts in that object.
